Candidates must have excellent communication, organisation and conflict resolution skills and be willing to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends and frequent on-call 24-hour shifts; Diving Licence is not required but would be an advantage as extensive courier duties are essential.

Some overnight travel, including the weekends overseeing and supporting various educational, sporting and cultural activities. First Aid, Catering, Facilities and Floor Maintenance knowledge is a must. These duties will be expected from the post holder throughout the facility.

Must be technically aware and familiar with iOS and Android, other games consoles, computer equipment and Homeware.

You must be our right-hand woman, almost indispensable but comfortable with taking a backseat. Would suit a candidate happy to drift into the background when needed. This role is ideal for those who can excel behind the scenes but must assume final and complete accountability for the quality of the end product. Proactive anticipation is a must.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The rest of your life. Must be willing to be hated at any given moment without notice or until your client needs the next meal/nappy/drink/lift or general attention. You will also be expected to support and encourage your client’s emotional well-being and be on standby for crisis management and disaster recovery.

Must be willing to adjust communication styles repeatedly and be a real firefighter as problems and conflicts arise. Speed in emergencies and the ability to decipher and anticipate attention-seeking behaviours are advantages.

The ability to manage your own time and that of your clients is a must with control of multiple diaries. Being a gatekeeper, screening calls were necessary.

Budgetary and Financial Control for your clients and their departments, creating and collating expenses along with the necessary filing requirements.

Taking the lead and owning events planning for company and client gatherings. An example would be annual celebrations tailored to age, outlook, and more formal religious events and milestones.

Some culinary skills are required as meal and snack prep is needed daily. As is logistics, being the lynchpin of this facility is complex and at times, challenging.

You will also need to attend to the personal hygiene of your clients from day one, so a strong constitution is also essential. However, as you progress through the initial stages of the role, there will be a scale-back.

Salary: Paid in arrears,

Our company applies a no “Duvet Day Policy” and does not subscribe to the Working Time Directive; paid overtime is unavailable.
