Looking for accessible holistic health practices in and around the area?The ‘Holistically Healthy Happy Parenting 0-5 years old Event’ is a NEW and exciting, UNIQUE, annual event coming to the Green in Nunhead, from 1-5pm on Saturday 4th March 2017.
This event is brought to you by Firefly Fitness UK – The home of Family Fitness Fun and creative exercise classes in getting fit with your child. HHHP™ aims to promote holistic health and wellbeing and signpost the holistic health provisions to parents with children 0-5 years old.
It’s a Family Day Out! It will be a varied event, with stalls selling food, goods and products and therapists and practitioners delivering sessions. Refreshments available. Bouncy Castle and Face Painting activities for children.

Firefly Fitness UK – 2.30-3pm
Carry Me Fit! Babywearing dance fitness.
