Fitness for Mummies

FITNESS FOR MUMMIES offer a variety of classes depending on your stage of motherhood. All classes are on a pay as you go basis. The following classes are available in the following areas SE6, SE13, SE23

Outdoor Postnatal Classes are specifically for post natal mums, to help you to regain your shape, strength and fitness, and with a big focus on posture and working those all-important abdominal and back muscles. No need for a babysitter as baby comes too; he/she can stay in the buggy or car seat, or play in the play area. Please note: You must complete your 6 week check up at your doctors before participating in a class.

Postnatal classes are for non mobile babies only. Once your little one is crawling you may graduate to the next class.

Wednesday Evening Workout This class is open to all females (mums and non mums welcome) postnatal ladies may graduate to this class once there little one is crawling and can no longer attend the postnatal classes.

Bootcamp in the Park. Best way to start the day, this class is open to male and female (as a few dads were feeling left out!) Total body workout – Let’s get Fit for the Summer!

Personal Training / Small group Training: In conjunction with Positive Balance we also offer Personal Training sessions in your home or a park.
