Chef Paul Rhodes founded Rhodes Bakery in 2003. He then had 3 Michelin Stars under his belt and a dedicated passion for baking bread.
After running 3 of London’s finest restaurants he followed his passion and set up his bakery in a small room with one mixer and an oven.
Now, they make sandwiches onsite, using a wide variety of breads straight from their oven in addition to cakes and coffee/tea. The dessert range includes chocolate tart, lemon meringue, chocolate muffins, tasty cookies, ‘Princess’ cake fit for a queen and danish pastries from heaven.

We Say…
There is little doubt that Rhodes makes great bakery items, their breads and cakes especially. A new coffee supplier means that now both are on an equal footing. There is very limited seating – this really is food on the go – allbeit you will need to navigate a tall step to get in and out of the shop!
