June Means Strawberries

Strawberries are no doubt summer’s stand-out sensation, but it’s just not tennis without the rest of the seasonal berries. Broad beans, tomatoes and fresh peas are also unmissable in June too. Although I’m a cheese and pickle girl at heart, Id never say no to Cranachan with Strawberries not traditional raspberries or any summer berry for that matter!

Hold back some of the crunchy oats for a lovely, textured topping for this classic Scottish dessert. And if you want some tips on pick your own take a look at our guide to some local farms!  June Means Strawberries  June Means Strawberries
