Veganuary Inspiration

Did you know that last year Veganuary inspired and supported another 620,000 people to try a vegan diet during January 2022 with participants from over 220 countries?

Launched in 2014, research shows Veganuary has helped millions of people change the way they eat.

Famous participants include rock legend Brian May, TV presenter Jasmine Harman, wildlife presenter Chris Packham, actor Peter Egan, ‘dragon’ Deborah Meaden and Eastender’s Kellie Bright.

Will you be next?

To help take the stress out of meal prep, here are our fave 20 recipes to get you through January and beyond. Broken into snacks, one-pot wonders, the best of British, and some quick and easy dishes. All were tried and tested in the Gmums kitchen and fed to three growing kids.

These one-pot recipes are perfect if you’re on a budget and will save time on washing up and, if I’m honest, take the thinking out of dinner and weekend lunchtimes. Made in one pot, pan, bowl or tray.
