We have opportunities within our Safeguarding and Permanence Services, including our MASH team (Multi- Agency and Safeguarding Hub).We provide an excellent ASYE programme for Newly Qualified Social Workers where you will gain good knowledge and experience required to acquire great skills to change the lives of children and families in a stimulating learning environment.    We’re based in open plan offices with supportive and approachable leadership who share a broad range of in-depth experience. You’ll manage your own caseload and work to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, working in partnership with parents/carers, and other professionals and organisations. We were awarded Council of the Year 2013, received a good grading from Ofsted following our inspection in May/June 2016  and our social workers enjoy a comprehensive package of benefits, and the commitment and support you need to flourish and develop your career. What we look for:To work in the Safeguarding and Permanence services, you’ll need to demonstrate an interest in working with children and their families, and show us that you can manage the support they need to achieve better outcomes.
