Head to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre for some fantastic free fun for the kids. This summer the shopping centre will have a big dinosaur takeover. Every Thursday from 9th to 30th August, kids will be taken on an imaginative journey into the pre-historic past, and best of all it’s free!

Week 1 – Jurassic Explorers

A fully immersive theatrical event, and perfect for those that love dressing up. Kids will become Dino explorers, armed with a magnifying glass and Dino hat they’ll journey back to the land of the dinosaurs, eventually discovering a giant Dinosaur egg which has cracked!

Week 2 – Dino school

This might be school, but not as we know it. Kids will learn everything from our Palaeontology Professors who’s lessons are fun and entertaining. Professor T-Rex will lead with a fact-filled lesson from what they eat to how to escape from a rampaging raptor!

Week 3 – Jurassic News

TV reporter, Velocity Raptor will run a story for the Jurassic News. Velocity and her TV crew will interview the kids to find out about their thoughts on the discovery of a giant Dinosaur egg which has cracked.

Week 4 – Dino Takeover

Denzel the Dino is alive and roaming in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre. Denzel’s not like most Dinosaurs as he’s pretty friendly and loves meeting families.

Come and be part of the story, it takes place every Thursday from 9th to 30th August, noon to 5pm outside “The Range”.
