Join award-winning children’s author and illustrator Nick Butterworth and his friendly little alien Q Pootle 5 as they land at Royal Greenwich Observatory on Tuesday 26 July.
Bring your little ones along to a special Q Pootle 5 themed morning where you will get the chance to watch episodes of the hit CBeebies series on the big screen surrounded by stars in a morning planetarium screening!
Nick will then be presenting an interactive show featuring the space adventures of Q Pootle 5 and his friends. He will read from his book Q Pootle 5, entertain with live illustrations and talk about how he created the books and TV series. Visitors will also get the chance to explore the Royal Greenwich Observatory’s giant Moon map and craft lunar landers to land on it.
Q Pootle 5 books will be available to purchase from the Astronomy Centre shop for signing by Nick Butterworth
Please note: All children must be accompanied at all times by a paying adult.
