After School Yoga Taster Sessions

About this event:

This promises to be a fantastic yoga experience for children.

Sessions will incorporate nature and seasons whilst children are taught stretches and bends and some breathing and meditation techniques.

Yoga is great for balance, channeling energy in a positive way and especially good for confidence building.

Suitable for ages 4 – 7 years
Price £7.00 per session
