In celebration of International Women’s Day 2021, Design District joined forces with SheSays London, part of a global community of over 70,000 creative women, to host an online Q&A with Alessandra Lariu and founding director of Roz Barr Architects, Roz Barr.
Their wide-ranging discussion covered the highs and lows of building businesses, leadership style, career challenges, learning from mistakes and getting ahead in male-dominated industries!
Now they are giving away six pairs of mentoring sessions with SheSays co-founder Alessandra Lariu, a creative industries leader whose career in marketing, advertising and experience design has spanned more than 25 years.
The winners will each receive two 30-minute sessions (or one hour-long session). If there’s a particular professional challenge you’re facing, this is an excellent opportunity to discuss appropriate strategies and tools — consider it a career Bootcamp!
